DJing is hard work. Standing bent over turntables for hours at night takes it’s toll on a body. So, to keep ourselves in tip top condition we go see our friend Griff Cooke. Griff is a trained neuromuscular massage therapist working out of his home clinic in Ponsonby.
We send the DJs and artists we work with to him, knowing he’ll send them off relaxed, destressed and on their way to a pain free life.
