Upper Hutt Posse (UHP) are a hip hop group originally formed as a four-piece reggae group in 1985, the Posse emerged at the forefront of the NZ response to emerging rap culture. Their unique fusion of rap and reggae (in both English and Māori languages) has been an inspirational injection into the national music scene.

FLOWZ first garnered attention in 2001 as lead MC on the FOOTSOULJAHS debut
“Stylz, Deliveriez, Flowz” on 2 Much Records. He followed up the debut EP with his participation in the FOOTSOULJAHS group album “Puttin In Work” 2004 and his 1 st solo album “In The Heart Of The City” in 2008.
