EVENT: Sustainable Coastlines Ball

The Sustainable Coastlines Charity Ball is back, and Base FM is thrilled to be partnering up with the guys to help get the word out.
If you don’t already know, Sustainable Coastlines is a young, multi-award winning NZ charity run by four, hard-working full time staff and a network of passionate volunteers. They love our coastlines and work hard to keep them beautiful. As well as running large clean-up events all over NZ, they also run educational programs, public awareness campaigns and planting projects.
Back by popular demand at Auckland CBD’s Hilton Hotel – the Sustainable Coastlines charity ball is the perfect chance to get some fancy pants on and have a fabulous good night while helping them to raise critical funds to continue their work.
Tickets are now available for the fundraising ball: ‘Let’s Get Cleaned Up’ on Saturday 21 September, 2013.
Starting at 7pm at the fantastic harbour-side location, they will have world-class entertainment, delicious drinks and a mouth-watering three-course dining experience; a stellar combination for a night you will not forget. The evening features performances from:
- Local rhythm and blues legends ‘Sal Valentine & the Babyshakes‘
- Latin music ambassidors ‘Latinaotearoa‘
- Local DJ support
Tickets to ‘Let’s Get Cleaned Up’ are available now, with special $135 earlybird tickets on sale until 1 September. Send out the invite to your friends and family; discounted tickets for tables of ten are also available. Tickets include a three-course meal, all beverages and world-class entertainment. All ticket sales along with a charity auction during the evening will raise funds for our ongoing work educating communities to look after our coastlines.
