Once a month Base FM bring’s you exclusive live Q+A sessions as well as special live performances with NZ artists at the iconic Portland Public House in Kingsland.

Hot of the release of his latest ep ‘Avontales’ Melodownz sat down with Base FM’s Dylan C for a brief chat before heading off on a trail blazing tour around the country. The self described urban poet, MC talked about the beginning of journey as an artist, collaborating with other musicians and his plans for the future.

In addition to the interview Melodownz also performed an acoustic version of his jam ‘Anthem’ musically backed by fellow artists Stay Foolish and Bailey Wiley.
