Straight outa Avondale, Auckland, Melodownz features in the fifth edition of The Portland Live Sessions.
Hot of the release of his latest EP ‘Avontales’ Melodownz sat down with Base FM’s Dylan C for a brief chat before heading off on a trail blazing tour around the country. The self described urban poet/MC talked about the beginning of journey as an artist, collaborating with other musicians and his plans for the future.
In addition to the interview Melodownz also performed an acoustic version of his jam ‘Anthem’ musically backed by fellow artists Stay Foolish and Bailey Wiley.
