NOAH SLEE ft. JORDAN RAKEI ‘Reality’

One of the most highly anticipated releases by a local artist in 2017 has finally dropped. Otherland is the debut album by Berlin-based, Kiwi vocalist/musician Noah Slee. After a steady stream of quality singles released over the the last 6+ months (DGAF, Told, Lips, Radar), Noah Slee has kept a few gems up his sleeve with Otherland, including the Noah Slee/Jordan Rakei collaboration ‘Reality’.

Premiered on This Song Is Sick on the eve of the album dropping, Noah & Jordan both offered a few words about this song:

“This song sinks deep for me, when I listen to this song it takes me back to how I was feeling. I remember free-styling and I guess venting into the mic. Now I reflect on it, this is a song I was singing to myself that I hope people can connect and relate to. Was super raw I kept the first take and never revisited it after that. I’ve known Jordan for a few years now when we were both living in Brisbane (Australia) and its a blessing to have him contribute his soul and gifts to ‘Reality’” – Noah Slee

“Really honored to be a part of this project. This track is quite personal to me. It’s a commentary on how we can get bombarded in today’s society and we lose sight of what is REAL and what is not. When Noah Slee sent this track over, it was at a stage when I could relate completely to the message and was eager to jump on it!” – Jordan Rakei
