KillaManRaro AKA Ned Ngatae AKA Man Raro is joining the Base FM team on air for a limiited time while he’s in town. Tune into Man Raro Radio every Thursday from 12pm  – 2pm to find out what makes him one of the most sought after DJs in New Zealand. While he’s here, the DJ / Producer / Musician is also hosting Thursday night’s Freek Of The Week just down the road at Barrio.

Killamanraro has been DJing since 1999 and is a founding member of Token Village along with Che Fu and King Kapisi. His DJing work took him to the Red Bull Music Academy in NYC in 2001 but he is also an award-winning guitarist. As a musician he has worked with Opensouls, Trinity Roots, Sola Rosa, Tyra Hammond and the Tornadoes, Footsouljahs, The Mutton Birds, Soane, Tha Feelstyle, , Eru Dangerspiel, Spektrum, Anna Coddington, The Black Seeds and Dimmer.
