Last week we had some very special guest Lisi4300 and Lawd Lance up on ‘For The Ville‘ radio with Poetik and Bass. Was a pleasure hosting Lisi and Lawd Lance, honoured to have these guys up in the studio and to have been their ‘favourite spot’!
A heavy hitter in the Australian Hip Hop scene Lisi4300 is of Samoan descent, Aotearoa raised but now based in Australia. Lisi’s debut single ‘Say Less’ from 2019 has racked up nearly 5 million views on Youtube and has around 250K listeners a month on Spotify.
Also racking up the numbers with his hard hitting and clever punchlines is Lawd Lance.
At 20 years old Emcee, Luisi has just announced a new partnership with ADA/Warner Music Australia. Dan Rosen, President of Warner Music Australia, comments “Lisi is at the forefront of the local hip hop scene and this partnership represents our commitment to work with the very best in Australian rap music.”
His new single ‘Dreams’ just dropped and he’s got an upcoming NZ/Aus tour kicking off in September and October. Keep an eye out on our gig guide for dates.
