After dropping plenty of instrumental beats on his soundcloud page over the last year or so, and collaborations with Home Brew, @Peace, Haz Beats, Winston Anthony & Raiza Biza, Jay Knight has releaseed his debut “E+M” via bandcamp.
“E+M (Emotive-Motions) is more a concept art project then a few songs thrown together. Just about all of the instrumentation & artwork was done within the space of two weeks. This is just me putting something out to the world finally, only the beginning of many things to come.” – Jay Knight
Produced by Jay Knight, “Keller Helens” is a moody beast of a tune and features 3 local emcees with a very different styles: hamilton-based Raiza Biza who recently released his 2nd album “Summer”; Melbourne-based Louie Knuxx who just dropped “Dying Slow EP”; and Cambridge-bsed Diaz Grimm who also has 2 EPs up for grabs on his website.
