Situated on the corner of Valley and Mt Eden Roads, Ginger Minx is open from 5pm til late, Wednesday through Sunday, providing what every good local should – a roaring fire, frosty beverages, solid banter and sturdy beats.
Like a proper home away from home, the Minx offers genuinely friendly service and the comforts of the familiar. With an excellent cocktail menu and a top notch sound system, the place is perfect for relaxing and catching up with old friends – or for making new ones. Musically the Minx has built a reputation for their open-minded music policy – you ain’t gonna be hearing any Top 40 music here, friends.
