The first full project from Eno x Dirty since their now impossible to find debut EP, “Evil Adventures and Happy Endings” was recorded at Red Bull Studios Auckland with engineer Ben Lawson and features guest appearances by Lui Tuiasau, Tom Scott (both of @peace and Average Rap Band), plus Bailey Wiley.
‘Nobody Knows’ is set to be one of the summer jams for the inner city.
Remember when local Hip Hop shit was good? Before drake cover band rappers were dressing like they were going to a paint party. Before the garden sprinkler hi hats and shitty pitched down Jodeci samples. Before the shape triangle changed it’s government name to the letter A. Eno x Dirty are the sound of then. But now. No dancing like a power lifter squatting little imaginary weights. No replicating tried and tested formulas. Just poetry over music. – Young, Gifted & Broke
