This weeks LOCAL EYES vid of the week is a throw back from 96′ – DLT and Che Fu with ‘Chains’.
The track is from the albums ‘The True School‘ by DLT as well as ‘2b S.Pacific‘ by Che Fu and reached #1 on the NZ music charts as well as winning best single at the New Zealand Music Awards in 1997. It was Che-Fu’s first song after leaving Supergroove and marked the beginning of his solo career.
Make sure you check out Che Fu at Ponsonby Social Club this Friday the 11th March to see him pump out some of the tunes all to familiar to us Kiwis!
