The winter days and nights are upon us, so what better way to spend them but with a hot mulled wine and some amazing food in front of a roaring fire.
Carmen Jones, a café/restaurant with an interior straight out of Havana, has one foot in the old world and one in the new. Drawing inspiration from old Mediterranean Europe to the Americas, the bohemian Carmen Jones fits right into the eclectic neighbourhood that is K Road.
With a brand new winter menu and Happy hour from 4 til 7 pm every day, Carmen Jones is the place to be. Fill up and feel good by order Carmen Jones’ delicious best selling dish ‘Hummus for Syria’ the profits go to the Syria Emergency Appeal via UNICEF. A mix of pulled lamb, tomato-mint salsa, toasted almonds, crisp flatbread and of course hummus, this dish ticks all the boxes.
