This week’s Local Eyes video of the week is Scizzorhands ‘Need A Friend’ Featuring Kevin Posey. A Song about life and its struggles. Only one week prior to the New Zealand lockdown for Covid-19, Scizzorhands and Kevin Posey met with videographer Jack Whelan to record some footage for an upcoming video clip. Due to the Covid-19 global outbreak, New Zealand was placed into a Level 4 lockdown, forcing Posey to head home to the U.S. and Jack Whelan with an unfinished shoot. After all being in a form of lockdown for multiple weeks, all parties agreed that given the subject of the song and timing it seemed fitting to piece together what they had and release it to the world.
