This week’s local eyes is from 19-year-old Auckland native Benee. ‘Glitter’, a work of pure dancefloor escapism, is about ending up at K Road’s famous Family Bar after a night out and being drenched by a glitter bomb.
Benee is a 2019 Silver Scrolls finalist with her track ‘Soaked’ which was recorded at Morningside’s quite legendary Golden Age studio with producer Josh Fountain (MAALA, Leisure, Thomston, Theia).
